Goals for the Week of June 20, 2011

 No time for a full update. I'm just going to post this weeks goals before I leave for work.
  • No vending machine food
  • No wine/alcohol
  • No snacking after dinner
  • Avoid free office treats
  • 5-6 workouts (45min+)
  • 3 fruit/vegetables each day
I'll post more later. Let you know how my week went.
